Q4OS firefox version - downloaded files list is not saved.

Something strange seems to be going on with Firefox 99.0-1.q4os4.1 amd64

1. Visit site and download a file
2. File shows in download location and in Tools>Downloads as one would expect.
3. Close Firefox and open again.
4. Check Tools>Downloads and listing is empty - file is still in original location.
5. Browser History is correct and shows URL of download site.

This is with vanilla out of the box install from Software Centre - no changes applied, profile as generated by install.
Checked settings and it shows 'Firefox will remember history'

Same machine install Firefox 91.8.0esr-1~deb11u1 amd64 from standard repo
Download records work as expected and download listings are retained.

That looks to be a Firefox issue, as it seems to be consistent with other FF-99 installations. We will continue to investigate and post back.
