How do i login again if i have forgotten my logon password in Q4OS?

After the BIOS check the hardware for bad operation the bios doesn´t boot a GRUB menu; how do i recover the possibility to log in again if i don´t know and i don´t have my logon password ?

GRUB menu display is disabled in Q4OS. To force its display, press the Shift key several times during boot.
