I've been digging on Google, and I've found the closest answer posted here, but if I attempt to uninstall the TDE network manager it will uninstall other dependencies like: q4os-chromium, q4os-desktop, etc...
If I install "q4os-network-manager" I got what I want to do, but conflicts with TDE's network manager
So, What can I do to achieve what I want?

They don't conflict with each other, TDE network manager is just a frontend, a system tray icon, to the systemd network manager. Please post some more info, the way they conflicts and what is the issue you are facing.
