upgrade qBittorrent

How do I upgrade qBittorrent?
I tried the Q4OS Software Center
It leads me to the Synaptic center which doesn't install the newest version of qBittorrent

So I tried "pt reinstall qbitorrent" and get this " Unable to acquire the dpkg frontend lock (/var/lib/dpkg/lock-frontend), are you root?

How do I proceed to upgrade qBittorent?
