Lost Menu Bar in Cheese Video Booth

Ok, External webcam works, but I have no menu in Cheese Video Booth. I have found this mentioned in other forums as a Cheese issue on non-gnome desktops. I have changed to the Q4OS Default Settings desktop with the same result.

Correct - it is either broken, or more likely just part of Gnome's new plan - most likely a break caused by some gtk update or another.
