Console instead of TDE on load

I'm trying to install 32bit Q4OS from USB on old netbook Samsung N102
CPU: Intel Atom N435 1330 MHz
RAM: 2Gb
Video: Intel GMA 3150

TDE not loading, just console prompt login
Also during the installation, step "Software installation" failed to finish
