Meaning Q4OS

Good afternoon, I'm working on a project to present at the end of my course, and how I used the Q4OS Operating System, I needed to write its meaning, I know that OS means operating system, but what does the Q4 part mean?

The name is derived from the name of a local company what assisted and supported the Q4OS operating system at its beginning.
