TDE_powersave_trinity - max CPU freq.

I would like to suggest an option to set max. frequency of CPU in tde_powersave_trinity.

The current powersave option keeps my CPU (core2duo 2.4) on 800mhz, but i would like it on 1500. For my case specifically, i would like to use performance or dynamic mode capped to max 1500mhz.

I checked git for tdepowersave, but couldnt find usable contact to request this, if i am pointed in the developer direction, i would appreciate it.
