Before asking for help please read this topic: https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=3502 If you have problems with WiFi network, try to install the Network Manager using Q4OS Software Centre.

Clementine music player has a built-in tag editor. There are also puddletag and easytag, they all can be easily installed in Q40S; clementine is in software center and puddletag and easytag just a command away
sudo apt-get install puddletag
or
sudo apt-get install easytag
For bpm there's bpm-tools
sudo apt-get install bpm-tools
once installed you have to use from the terminal:
bpm-tag -f -n "Some_Artist - Some_Song.mp3"
Hope this helps!
