How can I reduce the side of my screen please?

My display is too big for my monitor so top, bottom and both sides are missing, how can I reduce this please so I can view my whole display?

Re: How can I reduce the side of my screen please?

It depends on which version you are using.

In Trinity TDE version you can use the TDERandRTray - Screen Size and Rotate utility in the system menu to get to the right setting. Once you know what that is you can then use Control Centre>Peripherals>Display to set that value and use the checkbox to apply on startup.

If you are using Plasma I cannot be sure about the TDERandRTray bit, but the setting in Control centre should still be there.

You're welcome.

Start>Programs>Accessories>System

OR

Just type TDER in the search box at the bottom of the start menu (provided you are using the default start menu)
