Support for 1.x series (Orion) ends in late June 2020. Have you tried 32-bit builds of 2.x series (Scorpion) or 3.x series (Centaurus)?

Apparently that card has issues with more recent Linux-based operating systems.

You might want to try Puppy Linux; sometimes they have separate customized driver packages available.

But keep in mind that the video driver has to be built for the specific kernel of the operating system.
