Use Nvidia GPU as primary GPU

I have a Nvidia GPU and Intel Graphics and Intel Graphics seem to work in the foreground while Nvidia GPU works in the background. That means every program runs in Intel Graphics mode. I'd prefer to make it run natively without bumblebee and have as such performance as on Windows.
