How can I get BB code and Smilies turned on

Icons for BB Code, url tag, img tag and Smilies are displayed at the bottom of the message area but none of these is showing up. How can I turn these on please?

Just type them in your message, If you click on the BBCode link it will open a page and list how to get them

Oh I get it now. Thanks. I have been wondering about the page that opens when I click there, not understanding what it is all about. How dumb can one be   Actually I expected them all displayed as icons as in most places on the Internet that I have been to.

@Q4OS Team,  Could we have the youtube video BBCode enabled ? Please  

It would save us time by not having to take a screen shot of the video and linking it to Youtube.
