I'm retired, a Linux fan for the last 15 years. Thank you for a DE which is flawless! You guys helped me revive a 32 bit old Gateway laptop, originally loaded with Windows Vista. It used to get overheated, acted sluggish, but not with Plasma. Desktop effects work; CPU usage at startup is hardly 1% at startup; Thanks for your work, for an OS that just WORKS!

Youre running KDE Plasma, shows how much KDE 5 has improved over time, its also my favorite.

Even the KDE version makes older hardware come to life. Im running a Dell Ltitiude E6420 and E6440 and it runs great but even my older Vostro V130 does fine.
