Q4OS 3.8 doesn't boot after installation

System freezes on stage when booting:

What's problem can be here?

Dell Inspiron 1018
Intel Atom N455/ RAM 2 Gb / HDD 250 Gb / Intel GMA 3150

I'm having an issue booting into Q4OS 3.8 as well. Mine hangs after a cursor shows up after the tty1 screen disappeared. I've left it on that screen for quite a long time to see if eventually it would boot, but it did not unfortunately. Q4OS 2.6 works just fine, no issues whatsoever.

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop. Maybe there's a setting in the BIOS that it doesn't like?
