I never had any problems with Scorpion, but since using Centaurus I'm getting errors when trying to run video (mp4) files from a usb stick. This is the error message I get when trying to run the video which has been copied to the usb (using SMplayer) :

I also get a "file not recognized" error when trying to play the mp4 after plugging the usb into my TV. I have 2 usb sticks and am getting the same errors when using both, so it's unlikely to be a problem with drives, and also I've tried copying the mp4 file using the terminal instead of drag and drop -- same result.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
