I noticed on the Q4OS web site that there's a request for developer participation. Are you only interested in Qt based applications or are you open to other types of programs? I'm mainly working with/developing SDL (and some OpenGL) based programs at this time. Any particular types of applications you're interested in as far as development is concerned?
As to Qt based applications, I'm assuming you are aware of these applications: github.com/Razor-qt/razor-qt/wiki/3rd-party-applications
If not, I find the list a useful resource for tracking down Qt applications that perform a specific function. Speedcrunch is one of my favorites.
I also noticed mention of winelib to build Windows programs natively on your system. Tried something like that on a Debian system and didn't have much luck, so it's nice to see it's working for you for some of your ports. Another useful alternative (that might be more lightweight) is to use nano-x/microwindows ( github.com/ghaerr/microwindows ). It also offers compatibility with a subset of the Win32 API. I've managed to port a few Win32 applications to other operating systems such as Linux that way. You can build applications (client/server style or standard) that run on X11 or that use the Linux framebuffer.
