q4os 1.4.6 codec install failed

I have just done a fresh install using the new 1.4.6 live-cd and have run into an issue with installing the Proprietary Codecs. the information I can see in the output window is:-

E: The method driver /usr/lib/apt/methods/https could not be found
N: Is the package apt-transport-https installed?

which I noticed twice, and

E: Unable to locate package ipcodecs-q4

and then it stops with a failure notice

Hmm, while writing this I set it running again to get a screen grab of the failure notice but it installed fine this time!!!

I was going to delete this but thought it may be useful if anyone else finds the issue.

Looks like some temporary glitch related to Internet connectivity.

Anyone else noticed this issue ?

I think it was just like q4os team said, connectivity issue. I had something similar happen on another laptop running xfce around the same time.
