solved - possible to install just the tde panel?

Hello friends

Is it possible to install just the tde panel?
I am using openbox with xfce panel, was wondering if i can use just the tde panel with openbox. possible?

as a side www.trinitydesktop.org seems to be down at the moment, have attached pic for the same

wanted to add the repository for strectch and check but its down hence asking here
