Wifi on HP Pavilion ZE2000

Hello everybody,

I'm new on Linux and Q4OS and I'm French (sorry for my English), nobody is perfect smile

I can't use Wifi after auto instal, the Wifi board is a boardcom BCM94318MPG, and I don't found how install it (I found several options on google but each time it's a failure).

The automatic install have installed a BCM4306.

How can I do to install the good wifi board?

You and your help are welcome smile

Bye

Re: Wifi on HP Pavilion ZE2000

Resolved,

It was enough to activate the Wifi with the button on the keyboard or ticking at the right place in Network Manager.

I think I confused the board reference (BCM94318MPG) and the driver version (BCM4306).

In any case now it works.

I don't know if the performances are optimal but it works.

Sorry for those who lost time reading my post: /

How can I close this post?

Bye
