Ebay photo listings

Unable to use Q4OS to list items on Ebay.  Even with Shotwell added to distro, properly downloaded  fotos will not appear on listing app.  Mint, Ubuntu, Robo, Manjaro, Korora, MX, Linux Lite, Sabayon, PC Linux and others have no problem performing Ebay foto listing operation.  Not just a problem with current Q4OS 2.0, but since version 1. 

Can you recommend something that will help me use Q4OS for listing on Ebay?  I love everything else!  Thank you,

Please proceed the steps here https://www.wikihow.com/List-Items-on-eBay and post the exact point that doesn't complete and some short description. Does the issue arise only in Q4OS 1 Orion ? Does it work properly within the Q4OS 2 Scorpion ?
