Q4OS Windows installer not opening in Windows 7

I downloaded the installer of chrome and opened it and it wont open, it shows run as adminstrator part, I press ok but then nothing else happens, I tried different ways of opening it but it wont open. Please help.

Just to clear stuff its not a chrome installer, I downloaded the Q4OS Windows installer on my chrome browser in Windows 7

I haven't tried an installation on Windows 7, but you could check out my installer guide although I used Windows 10 but the basics are the same, I don't think you need to "run as Administrator" just double click the file from your file manager.

Thing is, it downloads it as a file that has that run as administrator so even if I dont right click and run as adminstrator, its a setup file that comes with the run as adminstrator so how can I take it off?

Can't you just navigate to the file in your file manager and double click it?

bosstronpie, you can try to use the "Fix compatibility problems" (or something like this, my Windows installation is not in English) option in context menu (right-click) of Windows. Then choose "Try recommended settings" option.
