Printing PDF Documents

I produced a PDF document of a spreadsheet by exporting it from Libre Office. However, although I can view it, I cannot print it because it needs to be converted to PostScript.

When I press the print button I get an error message "Could not convert to PostScript".

Has anyone had the same problem and managed to solve it?

My feeling is that I am missing some software!

Re: Printing PDF Documents

Puzzled - why produce a PDF if you want to print it - just print from LO???

However, printing from PDF shouldn't be a problem. When you view the pdf, what application are you using as that may provide the clue.

For PDF I suggest qpdfview as ideal in as much as it does what you expect it to.

This may also depend on how your printer itself is set up, does it work normally?

Re: Printing PDF Documents

Thank you for the advice because I checked which application was opening the document and noted that it was KGhostView. I then opened the document using qpdfview and printed it with no problem.
