Pixmap themes not working properly

Q4OS includes a pixmap theme "RISCOS". I can select this theme in "style" in control panel. But it doesn't show up properly. This is problematic because about 90% percent of themes are pixmaps from the site trinity-look.org. I have a screenshot posted below in the attachments section to better see what i'm talking about.

Yes, we can confirm a TDE bug, you could report it at the Trinity bug tracker https://bugs.trinitydesktop.org/
