Grub Customizer for Q4OS

We have compiled new 'Grub Customizer' installer for Q4OS, you can download here https://sourceforge.net/projects/q4os/f … erimental/ . Keep in mind, all installers from this section are testing so far.

I tested the 'Grub Customizer' installer for Q4OS. it works fine
on x64, 686pae and i386 as expected for me.

Nice to have this thing from ubuntu.
This doesn't exist on debian either need to compile it out.

This is must have for editing grub.

Update on grub-customizer 2 years later...
I was pleased to see the program installed nicely with a simple "sudo apt install grub-customizer"
I guess this means the program isn't considered as "testing" anymore, and in now available from the default repository.
It worked well for what I wanted to do.
I had read some time ago the the use of this program wasn't recommended - but I guess if it is in the repository, it means this warning is meaningless?

One question I am wondering - there is an option to write to MBR. I didn't do that, I simply saved the changes and the boot menu was modified as I wanted it. What does it do if you write to MBR?

Its been listed in the repos with Synaptic package manager so no real issues.
