How to open sounds system output & input on Q4OS.

I've made this tutorial for any newcomers who confuse about "Why is no sounds on Q4OS?"
It's not like no sounds driver or system. Q4OS "Alsa-mixer had been turned off by default"
So if you want to turned it on follow this tutorial carefully & don't forget to test your
system sounds from hearing or your microphone
if you're type of using screencasting for your youtube on Q4OS.

This also applied to Debian's Alsa-mixer as well.
If it's "Pulse Audio" it'd turn on by default.
