Re: screen resolution change

one way -
Assuming Q4OS

Right click on desktop
select "Configure Desktop..."
select "Display"
"Size & Orientation" tab
use "Screen Size" drop down to select from choices.

Re: screen resolution change

Thanks, but i can not select what i want. Although the screen resolution on the 1000 series is 1024x600, it has pixel mapping (memory addressing) which covers a virtual 1024x768 desktop, so is it possible via xrandr to do that?

Re: screen resolution change

With Q4OS Scorpion, Trinity desktop, Bourbon menu:

Left click the following:
Menu button at bottom left of screen
Control panel, which takes you to settings
Peripherals
Display, which takes you to Size & Orientation tab
Choose the Screen size (resolution)
Apply, then OK

(Basically the same as JimW's directions, but the long way.)
