Setup keyboard layout menu item is missing

Hello, I instaled Q4OS along WIN 10 with help of Q4OS Centaurus, WinSetup.exe - 64bit / x64 .

Everything is ok, but  there is no menu item to change keyboard layout. Start > Control panel >
> Regional & Accessibility > ..... and here is no item Keyboard Layout.

I can change layout only with help of setxkbmap -model pc105 -layout cz

But after reboot the setting has gone and change to US layout.

How to solve it...

1. Plasma desktop:
Start > System settings > Input devices > Layouts > Configure layouts > Add > add/remove/sort desired keyboard layouts, you can switch them in the system tray

2. Trinity desktop:
Start > Control panel > Regional & Accessibility > Keyboard Layout > add/remove/sort desired keyboard layouts, you can switch them in the system tray
