Increase or decrease the brightness with the fn + f4 or f5 key

Greetings, what happens is that I have the following inconvenience,
I use the Q4OS version Centaurus, Trinity, live - 64bit / x64 in which my keyboard when using the telca of fn followed by those of lowering or raising the brightness they do not, but those of raising, lowering and mutating the sound if they work , I find it quite strange since I previously used the Q4OS version Centaurus, Plasma, live - 64bit / x64 in which I never had any problems with the different key combinations. I use an ASUS X441N laptop, I only have the Q4OS operating system. I entered the configuration section then to regionality and accessibility, then available to the keyboard and I have the following model information: Generic 105-key PC (intl.).
I appreciate that you can help me. Thank you very much, your OS is excellent

Re: Increase or decrease the brightness with the fn + f4 or f5 key

I prefer to use the mouse to raise/lower brightness by hovering over the power icon in the taskbar and using the scroll-wheel to raise/lower it, although key functions should work too...
